The Stadium in Jerusalem is having an upgrade towards hosting the European Athletics U18 Championships 2022.
A new grandstand is being built in the stadium that will hold 3,615 seats, 2,000 of them under roof.
The stadium has hosted local and international championships in the past, hosting the championship in Jerusalem with the upgrade of the stadium integrates with the vision to create an athletics culture back in Jerusalem
